Three kinds of reverse
- Reverse order flips the list itself. Use it for newest-first logs, countdowns, or any list that came out upside down.
- Swap words in each line reverses the words within each item. “Smith, John” becomes “John, Smith”, and “John Smith” becomes “Smith John”.
- Mirror text writes each line backwards, letter by letter. Good for puzzles and palindromes.
For reverse alphabetical order, use Z → A on Alphabetize a list.

Questions
Does reversing work on comma separated lists?
Yes. The format is detected automatically, or you can choose it under “Items are separated by”.
Is reversing the same as sorting Z → A?
No. Reverse flips the list exactly as it is now, last item first, without sorting it. To sort from Z to A, use Alphabetize a list.
Can I reverse the letters in each line?
Yes. Mirror text writes every item backwards, and Swap words in each line turns “Smith, John” into “John, Smith”.
