In the first example the Order column is left off the labels, and the summary above the preview says so. Name, Company, Address, Address 2, City, State and ZIP go where they belong.

The text starts at 14-point, big enough to read across a loading dock, and is set smaller only if an address has too many lines or a very long line. A label that still doesn’t fit is shaded in the preview.
Labels that use the 5163 layout
Avery 8163 is the inkjet version of the 5163. Avery 5263, 5523 (weatherproof), 5963, 8463, 15163, 18163 and 18663 have the same 2″ × 4″ layout too, and so do other brands’ labels whose package says “use Avery template 5163”. Choose 5163 for all of them.
How to print on Avery 5163 labels
- Paste your addresses with a blank line between each one, one per line, or the columns copied from a spreadsheet or an order export (heading row included).
- Press Make labels and look over the preview. Half-used sheet? Set Start at label to the first empty one, counting across and then down.
- Press Print labels, and in the print window choose Scale: 100% and Margins: Default or None.
Print the first page on plain paper and hold it against a label sheet before using the labels; Draw label outlines makes the check easy.
These are address labels, not postage: for a label with a postage barcode, use your carrier’s website. For smaller address labels, see the Avery 5160 template (30 per sheet) or the Avery 5161 template (20 per sheet).

Is this the same as the Avery 5163 template for Word?
It prints the same layout, without Word: no template to download and no mail merge. Paste the list and print.
What’s the difference between Avery 5163 and 8163?
The 5163 is made for laser printers and the 8163 for inkjet printers. The labels are the same size and in the same places, so they print the same.
Can I put my return address on the same label?
Yes. Add it as the first line of each address, such as “From: Acme Supply, 9 Elm St, Salem, OR 97301”. Everything between two blank lines goes on one label, and the text is set smaller if it needs to be.
Can I print one address on all ten labels?
Yes. Type the address once and tick Fill the last sheet, or set Copies of each to 10.
Is my list uploaded?
No. Your browser lays out and prints the labels; the addresses never leave your computer.
